By creating an account or using RankReadySeller (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RankReadySeller is an AI-powered tool that generates suggested optimizations for product listings on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and others we may add). Output is generated by large language models and is provided as a starting point for sellers to review and edit. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, sales outcome, or marketplace policy compliance.
You are solely responsible for the listings you publish. Marketplace platforms have their own policies and rules that may change at any time. You must review every AI-generated output before using it on your storefront and ensure it complies with the relevant marketplace's policies, applicable laws (including consumer protection, intellectual property, and advertising laws), and accurately describes your product.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). Each successful optimization consumes credits according to your current plan. Credit allocations are described on the pricing page and may be revised from time to time; revisions will not retroactively reduce credits already granted in your current billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed AI generations do not consume credits.

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs generated for you. We retain ownership of the Service, its code, design, and underlying systems. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate and improve the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI OUTPUT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, RANKING IMPROVEMENTS, OR SALES RESULTS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time from the account page.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
