Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email address and password hash (passwords are never stored in plain text).
• Listing inputs and outputs: the product info you enter and the AI-generated optimizations we return. These are stored on your account so you can view your history.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only your subscription status, plan, and a Stripe customer ID — never your full card number.
• Usage data: timestamps of optimizations, plan tier, and basic technical logs (errors, request counts) to operate and debug the Service.

How we use it

• To provide the Service: generate optimizations, enforce plan limits, show your account history.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To send transactional email (account verification, password reset, billing receipts).
• To debug, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

AI processing

The product info you enter is sent to large language model providers to generate the optimization. We use providers that contractually commit to not training their models on customer inputs. We do not sell your listing data, and we do not share it with marketplaces or competitors.

Sub-processors we rely on

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Lovable — application hosting and AI gateway.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels at this time.

Your rights

You can view, export, or delete your optimization history from your account page at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email hello@rankreadyseller.com from the address on the account. We'll honor your request within 30 days.

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you also have rights under GDPR / CCPA to access, correct, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. Same email works for those requests.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Optimization history is retained until you delete it or close your account. Billing records may be retained longer where required by tax law.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted by row-level security so each user can only read their own data. No system is perfect — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to hello@rankreadyseller.com.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
